Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This plain-language policy describes what DealDelta stores and why. It will be reviewed by counsel before any paid launch.

What we store

  • Your email address, used for sign-in (magic link) and to send the deal alerts you ask for.
  • Your scans — the listing text you submit and the report we generate — so you can see your history.
  • Anonymized price observations: structured facts only (item category, brand, model, price, region, date, and a one-way hash of any listing URL). We do not store listing photos or seller identities.

Screenshots

If you upload a screenshot, it is used only to read the listing for that scan and is not retained beyond 30 days.

Forwarded alert emails

If you forward your Craigslist saved-search alerts to us, we read those emails only to grade the listings they contain. We never visit or crawl Craigslist or Facebook ourselves.

Who we share with

We use service providers to run the product: Supabase (database and auth), Anthropic (listing extraction), eBay (comparable prices), and Resend (email). We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can stop deal alerts at any time and request deletion of your account and scans by emailing us. Reports are private to your account.
